About these terms
These terms are between Inventria (“we”, “us”) and the business or person who creates a workspace on it (“you”). By creating a workspace, you agree to them.
How we handle personal information is in our privacy notice.
The service
Inventria is an online service for recording property inventories and inspections, producing reports and sharing them. We improve it over time, so features may be added, changed or, with reasonable notice, withdrawn. Some features, such as AI suggestions, are optional and may not be part of every plan.
Accounts and teams
- Each workspace belongs to a business. Its admins invite people, who start with the access an inspector needs, and can change what each person can see and do.
- You’re responsible for who you invite, the access you give them and what they do in your workspace.
- Keep your sign-in to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else has used it.
Your content
What you put into Inventria stays yours. You allow us to store, process and display it only to provide the service to you, including sending it to the providers that help us run it.
You’re responsible for having the right to record and share what goes into your reports, including details and photos of tenants and their homes, and for what your reports say.
Reports and share links
- Finalising a report fixes that version. A correction becomes a new version; the earlier one stays as it was.
- Anyone with a share link can read the report it was made for until you revoke it or it expires. You choose who receives it.
Working without signal
Work saved on a device stays on that device until it syncs. A browser can clear what a site has saved, for example when the device runs short of space or its data is cleared, so sync as soon as you can. The app shows what’s still waiting. We can’t recover work that never reached our servers.
AI suggestions
AI suggestions can be wrong. They’re offered for you to check, change or ignore, and nothing is saved until a person accepts it. You remain responsible for everything in your reports, however it was written.
Plans and payment
- Plans and their prices are on our home page. A new business can try Professional free for 14 days, once per person, without a card; the trial ends by itself unless a card is added.
- Paid plans renew each month or year until an admin cancels them, which they can do at any time in the app. Starter includes a set number of reports a month; each one after that is charged at the price shown for the plan. Launch offers last for the time they state.
- Extra AI help is sold in packs, paid at once, used after the month’s own AI help, and kept for 12 months from when it’s bought; unused credits aren’t refunded and end with the business. Auto top-up, if an admin turns it on, buys the smallest pack when AI help runs low, at most twice a month, and stops if the card is refused. Monthly add-ons are charged with the plan until an admin removes them.
- When a plan ends, you can still read, download and export everything you’ve recorded. We’ll tell you before a price changes.
Fair use
Don’t use Inventria for anything unlawful, try to reach another business’s workspace, interfere with the service or overload it, or upload anything harmful. We may suspend access that puts the service or other businesses at risk, and we’ll tell you why.
Availability
We work to keep Inventria running, but can’t promise it will always be available or free of faults. We’ll try to give notice of planned maintenance.
Ending
- You can stop using Inventria at any time. Before you go, export your workspace from the app’s Account page.
- An admin can delete the business in the app. Everyone loses access straight away and its report links stop working, any subscription ends then with no refund for the rest of the period, and everything in the workspace is deleted for good after 30 days.
- We may end these terms if they’re seriously or repeatedly broken, and will give you a chance to export your work unless the law prevents it.
Responsibility
Inventria is a tool for recording and reporting. It doesn’t check whether what you record is accurate, and it doesn’t make a report meet any legal or industry standard.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
