Do I need to install anything?
No. Inventria runs in the browser on phones, tablets and computers. On an iPhone you can add it to your Home Screen to open it like an app.
What if I lose signal halfway through an inspection?
Keep going. Your work is saved on the device and syncs when there’s signal again. Finalising, PDFs and share links need a connection. Browsers can clear a site’s saved data, so sync when you can: the app always shows what’s still waiting.
Whose name is on the report?
Yours. Reports and share pages carry your business’s name, logo, colour and contact details, with a small “Made with Inventria” at the foot.
Who can see our reports and photos?
People in your business with access to that client, and anyone you send a share link to, until you revoke it. Photos are kept in private storage, and every request for one is checked.
Can a finalised report be changed?
Not quietly. Finalising fixes a version. A correction becomes a new version, and links already sent keep showing the version they were made for.
Do we have to use the AI?
No. The AI suggestions are optional and only run when someone asks for one. Nothing a suggestion says is saved until the inspector accepts it.
How much does it cost?
